JOHN HENRY, GEORGE BURNS TIE FOR

VICTORY AT FALKIRK TRYST

Former Scottish Alliance champion John Henry, the pro at Clydebank and District Golf Club, Hardgate, tied with young amateur George Burns (Williamwood) for first place in this week's West of Scotland Alliance fixture at Falkirk Tryst Golf Club.
They both shot three-under-par 67s.
A shot behind in joint third place were Mearns Castle staff pro David Orr and Hamilton amateur Brian Smith.
