ALLIANCE AT NEWBURGH RAINED OFF
Today's (WEDNESDAY) North-east Golfers' Alliance competition at Newburgh-on-Ythan Golf Club has been cancelled.
The course is so wet after heavy rain for a number of days that the course is closed. As every other course in the North-east is in the same position, it has been impossible to arrange an alternative venue.
Tee times booked for Newburgh will be carried over to next Wednesday's fixture at Peterhead Golf Club.
