ROBERT KARLSSON LEADS IN RAIN-HIT US PGA TOUR EVENT IN MEXICO

FROM THE US PGA TOUR WEBSITE
Play has been suspended at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba, Mexico where rain and lightning have moved into the area and caused another stoppage in play.
The opening round was delayed twice on Thursday before play was ultimately called for the day after 3 inches of rain fell and the golf course became saturated.
Robert Karlsson, who finished off a 63 earlier Friday, has the lead at 12 under. He is through 11 holes in the second round.
Kevin Stadler is three shots back and 5 under through his first 13 holes.
Four others are tied for third at 7 under.
Inverness-born Russell Knox had a first-round 67 but has dropped some shots on his second circuit.
