GOOD WIN BY DREW WILSON

CLOBER MAN WINS SENIOR STABLEFORD

WITH 44pts AT WEST KILBRIDE OPENER

Drew Wilson (Clober), with 44 Stableford points off a handicap of five, won by four points the first of the Scottish Senior Golf Society winter events at West Kilbride. This followed the cancellation of what should have been the opening fixture, at Milngavie.
George Barrie (Callander) (2) and Ian Jeen (St Andrews New) (1), both with 40pts, were joint runners-up.
The next event take place at Monifieth on Friday, March 21.
