SCOTS IN THE MONEY IN PGAS OF EUROPE CHAMPIONSHIP

Falkirk Tryst tour pro Craig Matheson earned 3,000 Euros for a fourth place finish in the PGAs of Europe professional championship at Pravets Golf and Spa, Bulgaria.
Former PGA Cup player Matheson had rounds of 72, 68, 71 and 70 for a seven-under-par total of 281 - seven shots behind the winner by a six-shot margin, Federico Elli (Italy) )(72-65-7-67 for 14-under 274).
Craig Sutherland, head pro at Cherry Hills Golf Club. Biggins Hill, Kent, earned 2,300 Euros for finishing joint fifth on 282 with scores of 70, 68, 75 and 69.
